Explorer
The Explorer launched for 1991 and quickly became a sensation for Ford as their first entry into the midsize SUV market. Despite some early notoriety with the Firestone scandal, it continues to this day as one of their most important models alongside the F-Series trucks and Mustang. Two-door variants existed in the ‘90s and ‘00s as the Explorer Sport.
